OMNI Channel Programme Manager
Interim - initially for 6 months
My client is looking for an OMNI Channel Programme Manager to join their transformation programme as they look to create a seamless integrated customer experience. They are a leading FTSE 250 retailer that is undergoing a company wide major transformation programme and this programme is very much at the top of their agenda.
Day to day you will be responsible for multiple projects focusing on omni channel integration of their mobile web solution, ecommerce, payments, chatbots, CRM, data services, roll out of tablets across their shops and more.
The successful candidate will have proven track record of delivering large scale omni channel solutions, working alongside marketing, Digital, IT and operations on a daily basis to deliver successfully. In order to drive successful change this person really needs to live and breathe OMNI channel, whilst the business has a really strong internal comms strategy, you will need to engage with the wider business and really bring them along the digital journey to understand and show them the benefits realisation.
