Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting the growth of a professional services firm who are looking to recruit an Office Service Coordinator into their Birmingham office.
This is an exciting role for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding client service to clients and internal staff.
Reporting into the Office Services Director, you will be supporting several different teams such as Procurement, Project, Hospitality and Events.
This is a national role supporting over 20 offices!
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the central Office Services Management team
- Liaising with the facilities team
- Administration tasks
- Supporting hospitality at times
- Overseeing office refits
- Building relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and suppliers
- Organising and setting up internal office events
- Collation of receipts, auditing and scheduling
- Experience working in a professional services/client services role
- Passionate about 5* client service
- Eye for detail
- Extremely organised
- Works well in a team and independently
- Impeccable communication skills
