Our prestigious professional services business based in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic and highly efficient Office Manager.

This is a fantastic role to run and manage the Birmingham office in an Office Management and Personal Assistant capacity.

What you will do in this role:

  • Be the go-to person for any office management tasks.
  • Assist with administration tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning & scheduling meetings.
  • Daily office management such as stock inventories, managing stationary cupboard and printing supplies and running and general office errands
  • Supporting in administration management and creating process workflows
  • Supporting in a personal assistant and office management capacity.

Person Specification
