Our prestigious professional services business based in Birmingham is seeking a dynamic and highly efficient Office Manager.
This is a fantastic role to run and manage the Birmingham office in an Office Management and Personal Assistant capacity.
What you will do in this role:
- Be the go-to person for any office management tasks.
- Assist with administration tasks such as travel arrangements, event planning & scheduling meetings.
- Daily office management such as stock inventories, managing stationary cupboard and printing supplies and running and general office errands
- Supporting in administration management and creating process workflows
- Supporting in a personal assistant and office management capacity.
- Highly ambitious individual who is eager to learn and develop into an office manager.
- Strong organisational skills and professional demeanour
- Positive with a 'can do' attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Outlook, Word & PowerPoint, Teams
