Role: Office Coordinator
Location: Birmingham City Centre, Full Time
Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for an analytical and driven Office Coordinator to work for a professional services client based at their HQ in the heart of Birmingham City Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to join a busy team, to help improve their reporting and data analysis across the company.
The Role
- Working with the head of department helping prepare reports and presentations
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are met
- Managing data input and output
- Providing statistical reporting to the department
- Supporting projects across all areas of health and safety
You will have:
- Experience working in a numerical/analytical role
- Ability to be able to interpret data
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident and driven individual
- Ability to meet deadlines
