Our Internationally successful fast paced rapidly growing organisation, who are a key leader of their industry, and based near Marlow require an Office and HR Administrator to join their team. This is a unique, broad and hands-on Administration role, where no two days will be the same, and you will be reporting to, and supporting the HR Manager with a variety of duties and responsibilities.
This is a superb hands-on role where previous experience of working in a varied office support based role, and/or possibly an HR role will be advantageous. This role would suit someone with a passion to launch their HR career, where you will be learning from a highly experienced HR professional.

Supporting the HR Manager and the Recruitment Manager, your duties as the Office and HR Administrator will include:
- First point of contact for all HR admin queries
- Supporting the Recruitment Manager with all employment contracts and administration
- Drafting of all employee offer letters
- Utilising the HR Systems daily
- Gathering and collation of HR data and metrics - monthly, quarterly and annual
- Benefits administration support
- HR project administration assistance
- Outgoing and incoming reference request administration
- Covering general telephone enquiries & office reception including signing in visitors
- Ensure meeting rooms & office are prepared for external visitors
- Purchase Orders - raising and management
- Fleet Car management duties
- Supporting on company communications including managing company newsletter
- Supporting the HR Manager with arranging company corporate events
- Other ad hoc office management duties
