This role will entail a verity of general office duties, from answering telephone calls to being the first point of contact when we are visited by candidates and clients. My client is looking for someone who is ready to step away from their desk and make sure that their office space is well managed and running smoothly.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries - telephone & email
  • Handling incoming phone calls
  • Managing office IT and Booking systems
  • Greeting visitors
  • Keep diaries and arrange appointments
  • Supporting Admin Supervisor with all around maintenance of the office
  • General filling and office duties

What a successful candidate looks like:

  • Can demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence with using a range of IT programmes
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Time management skills
