Gleeson Recruitment Group requires an Office Administrator, to support our clients team with administrative tasks in an efficient and effective manner. We are looking for a superstar individual who has worked in a fast paced environment and has had previous administration experience.
Key Responsibilities will include
- Providing admin support to the team
- Looking after incoming and outgoing mail.
- Supporting invoices
- Formatting and filing documentation
- Updating databases
What does the client need from you;
- Educated to A Level standard
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
- Administration Experience
- Attention to detail
- Polite and professional
- Excellent organisation skills
- Proactive attitude to working in a team
- Managing a busy workload
- Confidence to question current processes with a view to improve these
- The face of the department to both internal and external stakeholders
- General Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
