Are you seeking your next administration position? Do you wish to learn financial processes? If so, I am seeking an Office Administrator to join a manufacturing business based in Cannock.
You will be reporting into the Senior Finance Manager, and working closely to manage office systems, deliver exemplary customer service to all clients and be versatile to respond to all queries meeting with their company SLAs.
- Handling telephone enquiries, screening and escalating as required
- Diary Management
- Meeting & Greeting Visitors
- Handling office post
- Updating CRM Systems
- Being main point of contact to clients
To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be a strong communicator, both written and verbal.
- Strong IT Skills, able to use CRM & Excel competently
- Show initiative and be willing to work on your own initiative and within the wider team
- Have previous experience within a similar role
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Willing to learn
