Gleeson Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join a logistics company based in Erdington for a temp- perm position. The main purpose for this position is to be the first point of contact for all customers, processing orders and supporting the sales team.
- Processing orders from external and internal customers using SAP
- Scheduling orders and setting expectations of delivery
- Logging complaints on the system
- Answering the telephone and being first point of call
- Experience working in a customer facing role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Strong organisations skills
- Experience working in a fast paced environment
