A rapidly growing client is currently looking to hire an NPI Project Manager to join the Programmes department. Have sole responsibility for project performance you will lead the team to deliver planned business benefits. You will manage stakeholders to ensure all objectives are clearly outlined, agreed and delivered efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer. Depending on projects, the responsibilities of the successful Project Manager will cover all aspects of project life cycle from concept model to handover through to closure.
Other responsibilities of the successful Project Manager will include:
- Liaising with customers to agree and define project details.
- Management of stakeholder both internally and externally.
- Agreeing project objectives and organising project resources.
- Overseeing the project accounting, costing, billing and tooling budgets.
It is essential that you have previously worked very closely or within NPI in order to hit the ground running and understand the manufacturing processes on site. With a lot of recent growth within the plant the business is continuously looking to invest both within the machinery along with their employees. It's essential that you can demonstrate successful projects that have been delivered within a manufacturing environment.
In return for your experience my client offer a fantastic remuneration package with a salary of up to £60,000 DOE. With continuous development and investment across the site within the business this offers plenty of progression opportunities.
