IT Field Engineer - £35,000 - £43,000 - Home counties

Gleeson Recruitment are working alongside a well-established business in their search for an IT Field Engineer to operate around the Home Counties areas on daily site visits. This role is perfect for a 2nd Line Engineer who likes to work across various sites and locations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

• Experience of maintaining and supporting Microsoft networks - Server 2019, Windows 10.
• Working experience with Windows Active Directory.
• Experience of providing technical problem analysis and resolution of client issues with the aid of available Service Desk tools
• Incident Management experience - including managing customer expectations and communication.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Field Engineer or 2nd line support engineer.
• Able to work both independently (with minimal supervision), as well as part of a team.
• A Full UK Driver's License
• Ability to be on the road 5 days a week.
