Master Planner/Scheduler - Competitive Salary DOE - Worcestershire

Are you an expert Master Planner/Scheduler within supply chain environments who can manage to the flow of raw materials to final product roll out within a fast moving manufacturing environment?

I'm currently recruiting a role for a specialist manufacturer that supports the defence sector predominantly, they are looking for an individual who can liaise between multiple sites daily to manage and coordinate the operational plan to meet customer demands. You will be working across global supply chains and have a real influence on how the planning and scheduling of production moves forward for all current projects, the company are experiencing a significant growth period so this a really exciting time to get onboard. Working closely with all departments on-site, you will join a global organisation that is a market leader within their niche field. You will be responsible for delivering production plans and supplier schedules in what will be a fast-moving changeable environment. As a valued member of the senior team on-site - you will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager, developing and driving performance to manage and effectively plan production runs, avoiding minimal delay.

This is a business-critical role as they look to deliver solutions to their customers whilst still maintaining the highest levels quality and customer services within budget requirements. You will work with your team to maximise efficiency across all sites and ensuring production runs meet all logistical requirements. A background in global Supply Chain Planning from within a manufacturing environment will be essential as this is a senior role within the organisation and you will need to be comfortable working autonomously in an environment where the production plan can change at short notice.

Having worked extensively with this company over several years, the future of the organisation is very bright and with this role offering the successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their career and progress further within the organisation. This is a face-to-face on-site working environment so it will need a candidate who is comfortable being office based working Monday to Friday.
