My Client, a high growth consumer services business, are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to join their fast paced and growing marketing team. Currently going through a sustained period of growth, they are looking to scale up their marketing and digital offering with a number of new hires (including this one), making it a hugely exciting time to join the business.

Reporting into the Head of Marketing this role will focus on delivering offline marketing, advertising and promotional activity for the brand with responsibilities including:

  • Manage the planning and implementation of offline marketing activities, in-line with digital marketing strategy.
  • Identify areas for growth and development within offline marketing teams and strategy.
  • Ensure all offline content and communications fall in-line with brand guidelines and are executed to a high standard.
  • Own and implement a customer centric journey approach at all customer journey touchpoints
  • Schedule and manage direct mail activity.
  • Conduct regular competitor and customer research and identifying areas for growth.
  • Regular reporting on campaign performance, using key insights to optimise future campaigns.

The Candidate:

  • Proven experience in a similar marketing manager role.
  • Solid knowledge of best offline marketing practices.
  • Experience working with traditional channels such as radio, television, print, affiliate and event marketing.
  • Highly organised and experienced in project management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
