My client, a leading leisure destination in Birmingham, is looking to recruit a Marketing Manager.
My client is a well established leisure brand and premium operator in the market.
This role will drive member recruitment and retention by integrating events, journeys & digital communication to enhance value for every member (from prospective members through to the most loyal member).
The purpose of the role is to design, organise and manage a programme of member engagement activities, (including all digital communications, journeys and events), delivering exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
The role will manage delivery of the new member journey, ensuring automated emails, texts and notifications are evaluated and updated, using the CRM to customise the experience for each new member and ensuring mechanisms are in place to help new members achieve their goals. In addition, you will manage delivery of the club's communication plan with members, to include the social media calendar, Member App, e-newsletters, website, CRM notifications and on-site noticeboards.
The ideal candidate for this Marketing Manager role will possess the following skills/expertise:
- Multi-channel marketing experience, with a strong digital focus
- Demonstrable experience of developing customer journeys across digital and offline channels.
- Passionate about the customer - driven to deliver excellent customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
