Gleeson Recruitment Group have partnered with a leading financial services business, based in the West Midlands, to recruit a Marketing Executive onto their lending team.

The Marketing Executive will support the Marketing Manager with the overall marketing strategy across the groups lending brands. You will lead on relationship management for their Corporate Accounts and distribution partners: Attend meetings / act as main point of contact / maintain contact lists

This is hybrid role, with 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. There is an excellent working culture here, with the ability to progress with a supportive team.

The role:

• Attend meetings for specified accounts and partners
• Deliver on marketing plans in place with the brands
• Assist on marketing activity from creation and submission to approval
• Brief content ideas, manage the approval process and send to
• Work on communication plans for the groups lending brands
• Work on across different channels: prints, editorials, articles, email, banner ads
• Work with the wider marketing team across different areas i.e. social media
• Working towards deadlines and budgets

The candidate:

• Experience in a similar marketing role
• Experience in content creation and design briefs
• Stakeholder management essential
• Financial services background is desirable
