Marketing Executive

Based in Birmingham city centre | Hybrid

Salary: up to £32,000

Gleeson Recruitment Group are thrilled to be partnered with a financial advisory firm based in Birmingham city centre to recruit an experienced Marketing Executive onto their team.

The Marketing Executive will support the wider team to develop the overall marketing strategy. You will take responsibility for a wide range of marketing activities, including digital campaigns and initiatives, PPC, SEO and social media channels, content creation and some communications.

You will be joining an established marketing team which is part of a rapidly growing national firm with a great working culture. The offices are based in Birmingham and they are operating via hybrid / flexible working (2 days at home.)

The role:

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to maintain website content
• Support marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Build SEO performance
• Manage the group websites, from design & content through to lead generation and optimising experience
• Plan digital campaigns with SEO & PPC
• Manage all the group's social media channels, seek out good PR activity and train the wider business on the importance of socials
• Liaise with agencies where needed
• Use web analytics to report on performance
• Email marketing campaigns

The candidate:

• Experience in a similar role
• Experience in web management
• SEO & PPC experience
• Email marketing experience
• Social media skills
• Excellent copy and content skills
• Good communicator
