The Marketing Analyst will also be responsible for the performance analysis, optimisation & forecasting of all marketing activity. If you're passionate about data, want to utilise your expertise and are looking for your next challenge - keep reading!

The Marketing Analyst:

  • Ability to interpret both quantitative and qualitative data to understand what the drivers are of performance across channels
  • Define and develop customer journey analysis
  • Define and develop attribution strategies and models to demonstrate ROMI across brand and acquisition marketing strategies
  • Develop ways of automating data collation & manipulation to improve process of marketing reporting
  • Deliver accurate forecasts using the latest tools
  • Implement, track, and report key performance metrics (i.e., campaign success, creative engagement, marketing funnel analysis)
  • Provide cross-functional recommendations on how to improve performance
  • User market intelligence
  • Support customer segmentation and analyse if and where optimisation's need to be made

The Successful Candidate:

  • Highly analytical and excellent communications skills - present findings in written and verbal format to senior stakeholders
  • Detail oriented and numerical ability
  • Experience with large and complex data, delivering quick and commercial decision making
  • Self-starter with the ability to identify trends, issues and challenges
  • Efficient excel and modelling skills - dig deep into the analysis and present different scenarios
  • Experience with Google Analytics, marketing automation, Salesforce, PowerBI, Google Data studio
  • Desire to improve processes and drive revenue through digital customer engagement
