An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part qualified Accountant to join a global giant based in Stoke on Trent, to join their finance team on a permanent basis, supporting the businesses impressive growth strategy. Depending on experience you can expect a salary between £30,000 - £32,000 per annum + full study support and discretionary bonus.

Ideally you will be AAT qualified and actively studying ACCA/ CIMA. A solid understanding of double entry accounting will help you succeed from the offset, with the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.

Only required in the office 2-3 times per week!

Management Accountant duties:

Support with the preparation of periodic management accounts for multiple entities
Calculation and posting of accruals, prepayments ensure all entries are accurate
Reconciliation of accounts including analysing actuals vs budgets
Prepare balance sheet reconciliations- highlighting any discrepancies to senior management
Produce commentary explaining significant movements from budget
Assist senior members with board reporting
