Management Accountant - up to £40k + Study Support - Birmingham City Centre

Our client is a rapidly growing business based in Birmingham looking to hire into a newly created management accountant position. This is an exciting and challenging role for a part qualified accountant to really get involved and take ownership whilst being mentored and coached to become a qualified accountant. The business are on a high growth trajectory meaning this role will have plenty of progression opportunities to expand your skill set and become a well-rounded accountant with knowledge across the whole business.

Process Improvement around reporting from various systems within Finance
Group Cashflow reporting
Project reporting and control
Financial Planning & Analysis
Support for other Finance Processes where necessary

Ideal candidate:

Analytically minded and numeric
Desire to learn and develop
Highly motivated individual
Excellent excel skills (v-look up / pivot tables)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills and experience:

Acca or CIMA Part Qualified
Previous Management Accounting experience
Proven track record of delivering work accurately and on time
