As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and financial statements.
Analyse financial performance and provide insightful reports to management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
Maintain effective internal controls and contribute to risk management initiatives.

Qualifications:

Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are highly desirable but will consider Part qualified/QBE
Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
