Our client s a leading company in the property sector. With a strong presence in Coleshill and a reputation for excellence, they are committed to delivering high-quality services to customers. As a Management Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations and driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and timely management accounts, financial reports, and financial statements.
- Analyse financial performance and provide insightful reports to management, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Conduct budgeting and forecasting activities, including variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of financial strategies and policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
- Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Maintain effective internal controls and contribute to risk management initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Professional accounting qualifications (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) are highly desirable but will consider Part qualified/QBE
- Proven experience as a Management Accountant or in a similar financial role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
