Are you a part qualified CIMA or ACCA studier looking to start a new chapter in your accounting career? Does working with a business who offer industry-leading support and a true focus on employee wellbeing sound like your cup of tea?

I am exclusively supporting a successful business looking to add a Management Accountant into their established Finance team. You will be based near Southam on a hybrid basis, with a salary up to £35,000 PA & study support.

Under the tutelage of the Senior Business Analyst, you will monitor performance against budgets/targets and liaise with various departments to drive profits. The successful Management Accountant will be an ACA, ACCA or CIMA studier and most importantly possess a vibrant thirst to progress their career by providing insightful analysis with a focus on budgets and forecasts.

As the Management Accountant, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Provide valuable insights to assist in business decisions
  • Report profitability on the business units and provide recommendations for future profitability
  • Analyse variances and advise in the weekly revenue report
  • Produce monthly management accounts and present to business unit management teams
  • Continuously develop reporting systems - strong Excel skills are key for this one!
  • Support the Senior Business Analyst in production of reports as requested by various teams
