A genuinely amazing opportunity has arisen for a skilled Electrically biased Maintenance Engineer to join a rapidly-expanding manufacturing business based in Birmingham. Currently leading a significant programme of investment, the business needs a Maintenance Engineer who can take their engineering capability to the next level.

The successful Maintenance Engineer will join a market-leading manufacturer of products for leading UK consumer brands. You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of a wide variety of fast-paced manufacturing equipment and machinery. You will be predominantly be involved with repair and maintenance of electrical systems, however you may also be required to tend to mechanical faults & repairs.
You will clearly be a qualified Maintenance Engineer with the following skills & experience:
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to fault-find and repair faults, minimising downtime
- Working to and improving PPM schedules
- Team player who works hard to deliver for a great employer.
- Strong PLC knowledge of Siemens, Allan Bradley or Omron.
The successful candidate will work a continental shift pattern, paid a salary of £35,000 - £38,000. With further expansion upcoming the company requires driven employees and can offer career progression, where sought, for high-performing candidates.
