I am currently recruiting for a new Logistics Service Delivery Administrator to work for a leading 3PL provider. As part of their service delivery team, you will ensure that all products are delivered to the end consumer with minimal fuss and of the highest quality.
The Logistics Service Delivery Administrator will be accountable for monitoring new and existing carrier partners, auditing service performance, ensuring the highest standards are met, providing analysis and recommending remedial actions as required. You will work as part of a growing team to proactively help customers and suppliers to analyse areas for improvement and take actions to ensure all company KPIs are met.
The company is striving to provide a "best in class" delivery offering to their end consumer, you will be tasked with being part of this project. You will be asked to regularly review carrier partners and to deal with some elements of financial reporting including end of month invoicing. The role has real progression attached to it and with development could see the right person progress through the ranks.
The successful Logistics Service Delivery Administrator with receive a competitive basic salary of c£21,000, like any growing business my client can support ongoing career development.
