The Logistics Quality Coordinator will be accountable for monitoring new and existing clients onsite, auditing service performance, ensuring the highest standards are met, providing analysis, and recommending remedial actions as required. There will be weekly reporting to your client to ensure contractual service KPIs are being met, you will be tasked with driving 5S standards and C.I. initiatives.
The company is striving to provide a world class delivery offering to their client and you will be tasked with being part of this project. The role has real progression attached to it and with development could see the right person progress through the ranks. To be successful in the role you will have a background in quality performance or quality implementation whilst managing a challenging client. You will need to demonstrate that you are a self-starter with an ability to think outside of the box.
Preferably your background will come from either a logistics field or even a manufacturing environment will be considered. The role will be very analytical so the ability to be "into the numbers" will be essential…
