I am currently recruiting for a new Logistics Performance Analyst to work as part of their service delivery team ensuring that all products are delivered to the end consumer with minimal fuss and of the highest quality.
The Logistics Performance Analyst will be accountable for monitoring new and existing carrier partners, auditing service performance, ensuring the highest standards are met, providing analysis and recommending remedial actions as required. You will work within your team to proactively help customers and suppliers to analyse areas for improvement and take actions to ensure all company KPIs are met. The company is striving to provide a "best in class" delivery offering to their end consumer, you will be tasked with being part of this project. You will be asked to regularly review carrier partners and to deal with some elements of financial reporting including end of month invoicing. The role has real progression attached to it and with development could see the right person progress through the ranks.
To be successful in the role you will need to demonstrate that you are a self-starter with an ability to think outside of the box. Preferably your background will come from either a retail logistics field or even previously worked for a courier network monitoring performance. The successful Logistics Performance Analyst with receive a competitive basic salary of c£27,000, like any growing business my client is able to support ongoing career development.
