The Logistics Administrator will work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability reporting to the Financial Manager onsite. The successful candidate for this role would be responsible for overseeing all administrative functions which include the receiving, distribution and quality control across three sites. The salary for this role will be £25,000.
As the successful Logistics Administrator, you will manage the documentation of goods inbound & outbound but also quality control across their three contract manufacturing sites. You will coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, review and update customer schedules, raise relevant documentation and PO numbers. You will need an eye for detail and responsible for feeding issues back to the Financial Manager.
The successful Logistics Administrator will have experience working as an administrator in a demanding logistics environment. A background within supply chain planning in any manufacturing sector would be beneficial and you must be used to juggling global supply chains and the issues associated with this. With no two days being the same you will enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where the plan is critical to meet customer orders.
