Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting a rapidly expanding Financial Services Tech start up based in the centre of Birmingham, and assisting with their search to appoint a dynamic, assertive and numerate Liquidity Analyst to work within their Treasury function. This Liquidity Analyst will report directly into the Head of Treasury and be responsible for ensuring liquidity is managed successfully for all client funds in line with SLAs. The successful Liquidity Analyst can expect a salary between £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional services, recent graduate, or someone with 1-2 years post-graduation experience.

The business are operating a hybrid model, with the opportunity to work from home 2-3 times per week.

Liquidity Analyst responsibilities:

  • Daily liquidity management for all clients
  • Prepare analysis and reports for clients in accordance with SLA
  • Prepare working papers for potential calls and distributions accurately and in accordance with SLA
  • Ensure that liquidity is managed throughout the structure and liaise with the operations team to get transfers made
  • Upload notices on to client portals or other method of dispatch to ensure timely delivery
  • Prepare the borrowings bases and lender documentation in order to instruct Credit facility drawdowns /rollovers

. Prepare Credit facility governance documents to ensure compliance with the legal docs

  • Prepare weekly commentary on facilities as requested by clients
  • Liaise with Fund Accountants and tax team - to ensure accurate notice production
  • Perform first reviews on payments to support the operations team
  • Support the control audit providing evidence of controls
