High value and complex negotiation on a range of agreements including procurement, logistics, IP, sales, marketing, advertising. Broader compliance issues, corporate matters and litigation management.

Ideal first step for a practice lawyer looking to move in-house, or perhaps a current industry legal counsel (solicitor or legal executive) looking to join at top UK business and collegiate team. A commercial contracts background would be ideal, however we are open minded on technical background (commercial litigation, corporate, employment) as long as you can demonstrate enthusiasm, passion and are a genuine team player.

Hybrid working (3 days office and 2 days home). Commutable from Staffordshire, Stoke, Shropshire, West Midlands, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Crewe, Chester, Walsall.
