Are you looking to build a career in Finance? Do you have some basic fiance experience and looking to develop your skills?

I am working with a fantastic business based in Cannock who are looking for a Ledger Assistant on a 6- 12 month fixed term contract to start ASAP.

As Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for:

  • Producing weekly sales invoices
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries
  • Process and post purchase invoices and credits
  • Ensure purchase orders are completed accurately and authorised when require
  • Liaise with suppliers and resolve queries ensuring a quick resolution

As Ledger Assistant ideally you will have:

  • Previous ledger experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • The ability to learn quickly and keen to develop
