As the Learning and Leadership Development Manager you will develop and manage the Learning strategy, starting with a comprehensive Learning Needs Analysis. Other key areas include developing the Leadership Framework, ensuring all mandatory training is completed, report on ROI, and identify and implement a range of learning methodologies.
