Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with an organisation to find a Learning and Development Specialist to join their team. With hybrid working and a salary of up to £45k.
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be joining an SME business (circa 140 employees) who is going through a period of change and transformation where L&D is at the forefront of their mind. This is a brand new role, so this is an exciting opportunity for passionate and creative candidates to really shape the future of L&D within this business.
You will lead and support on the development of an L&D framework and a range of learning interventions. You will be partnering with business functions to identify and measure current and future skills and building relationships with third party training providers.
It is essential that you have experience within a strategic L&D role previously, ideally within an FDA regulated environment.
