Are you experienced in end-to-end l&D cycles? Have you supported the move to an Agile model? Are you experienced in large scale, upskilling initiatives?
I am recruiting for an industrial organisation who are moving their electronics and software development teams to Agile working. They are looking for an L&D professional to lead on end-to-end projects supporting learning.
You should be experienced in working in an Agile team and be able to manage and assess priorities. You will lead a team of other professionals while being able to build and maintain relationships. Please note, this is not a line management responsibility.
Based in South Warwickshire, you will work hybrid with two days a week on site and have a collaborative and supportive team. The organisation are keen to promote impactful development and have seen many members progress and move up within the business.
