Due to an internal promotion my client is recruiting an experienced Learning and Development Partner to own the Learning and Development strategy across the organisation.
Role is remote, with National travel and an expectation to travel to Head Office in Warwickshire a couple of times a month. Salary £43-48k + Car/ Allowance + Bonus + Benefits. Midlands base is ideal.
As Learning and Development Partner you will develop strong stakeholder relations across both the HR Business Partners and the Leadership Population. You will have a high level of visibility so you can understand current challenges and identify appropriate Learning solutions around that. One size does not fit all!
As the Learning Development Partner you will work with the Leadership population around how to build their management capability within their teams and sites. The role will also be instrumental in providing a more holistic view across the different business units around Succession Planning to ensure development opportunities are visible across the whole of the organisation. Some programmes will be designed and delivered by yourself, some will be facilitated through external consultants.
As an experienced Learning and Development Partner you will be able to diagnose and collaborate with the business to provide tailored requirements to your different audiences. You will be passionate around what you do, with a curious mind, who is happy to explore different approaches and thinking.
