Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full Learning and Development processes. This will be from the learning needs analysis through to designing and developing learning materials and solutions. This will include compliance and mandatory training and development and apprenticeship support. This will be using a full range of learning solutions.
As an experienced Learning and Development Partner you will enjoy being responsible for the full Learning cycle with the autonomy for the site, in a busy and growing environment.
