An opportunity to join an organisation in this newly created role as Learning and Development Manager/ Head of role to design and shape the Learning and Development strategy. Up to £50k + £5k Car Allowance. Remote working with travel to a Birmingham and Yorkshire site, as well as need for some National travel and occasional overnight stays.

Reporting into the People Director as the newly appointed Learning and Development Manager/ Head of, you will initially work with a variety of stakeholders to undertake a full learning needs analysis, and from that design and deliver a complimentary Learning and Development strategy. This will focus on supporting and developing organisational and people capability. This will include developing career pathways, performance development, talent management and apprenticeships. You will manage the L&D budget.

In this role you will also be responsible for the facilitation or delivery of these programmes, utilising a range of learning solutions.

As an experienced Learning and Development Manager you will enjoy all elements of the L&D cycle from formulating the strategy through to delivery and evaluation.
