Job Title: Learning & Development Manager

Location: Birmingham

Salary: up to £62,000

Benefits: Company car plus 10% bonus

Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working with a global manufacturer to find a Learning & Development Manager to drive the synergy of organisational and individual learning success.

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

- providing a blended approach to L&D using digital, virtual and face-to-face interventions

- partnering with key stakeholders across the business

- analysing business strategy to create and implement appropriate programs

- project management of L&D interventions including ROI

- collaborating with hiring managers to manage effective on-boarding and induction

- design and delivery of management and leadership development programs

Ideally, you will have:

- extensive experience of designing and facilitating learning activities

- developing and project managing new learning initiatives

- conducting LNA

- managing and maintaining and e-learning platform

- ability to manage a variety of stakeholder needs at all levels
