Are you an experienced Learning and Development Manager looking for an opportunity to shape and develop a newly created role within a growing Care organisation? Salary £43-45k +Car Allowance and Benefits. Head Office is in Nottinghamshire with travel to sites as and when.
Reporting into the Head of HR, as the Learning and Development Manager you will manage a small established team looking to broaden the L&D offering to include, not only the mandatory training but developing the Learning and Development strategy. This will include Leadership Development and Frameworks, developing Apprenticeships through the full utilisation of the Levy, and developing on-boarding and Induction programmes for new starters.
As an experienced Learning and Development professional you will be able to evidence where you have designed, developed and implemented an L&D strategy. You will have good working knowledge of the Apprentice Levy and you will be used to managing multiple stakeholders, ideally across a number of locations. You must have worked within the Care Sector within L&D.
