An opportunity to work as an L&D Advisor, within this employee focused organisation, has arisen. Up to £34k + flexible working, 27 Days Holiday and excellent pension. Based in Walsall, with some travel and homeworking.
Reporting into the L&D Manager, and working as part of the broader HR team, as L&D Advisor you will support a Business Area. You will work with Managers, Team Leaders and colleagues, to understand any Learning needs, then design and deliver appropriate learning and development solutions. These will be across a range of topics, including team-building and soft skills. You will also be involved with Apprentices, Talent Management and Succession Planning.
As an experienced L&D Advisor you will have delivered the end to end Learning cycle from LNA to Evaluation. Experience of working within Blue-collar environments is advantageous.
