Are you an experienced Learning and Development Manager looking for their next opportunity? As Leadership and Learning Manager you will be joining a well-established business through a time of transformation and change. Salary - £50k - £55k + bonus +benefits. Hybrid working - 1 day per week on site in Staffordshire.

As the Leadership and Learning Manager you will develop and define the annual learning strategy to ensure it meets business requirements with a focus on Return on Investment. You will identify gaps and through the team deliver solutions. You will ensure that the strategy reflects the organisations values and behaviours, and support the development of a High-performing culture.

As an experienced Learning and Development Manager you will have developed strategy across multi-sited organisations. You will have extensive experience of diagnosing and developing leadership programmes. You will have worked with Exec and Senior Leadership Teams.
