Lead Infrastructure Engineer - £55,000 - Birmingham / remote

I am recruiting for a Lead Infrastructure Engineer to join a growing IT team based in Shirley (role fully remote). This role will be a senior point of escalation for the infrastructure team, involved heavily in project work whilst the department transform their legacy infrastructure to modern cloud-based solutions.

The ideal candidate will be a strong technical engineer who is happy travelling to various sites when needed in order to deliver key projects in time.

Required experience:

• Advanced knowledge of:
  • VMware/ Hyper-V
  • Microsoft O365
  • Azure
  • EUC technologies
  • Veeam
  • Active Directory
  • Cisco networks
• Strong ITIL understanding
• Microsoft certified would be desirable
• Project experience
