Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an exciting strategic opportunity? Have you worked in an operational multi-sited organisation with a passion for their people? £50-55k + Bonus + Car Allowance. Covering sites in Nottingham and Walsall.

As Lead People Business Partner you will work closely with the MD of the Business Unit, as part of the Senior Management Team with a small HR Advisor team reporting into you.

As Lead HR Business Partner you will embed the Partnering approach within your area focusing around some of the following areas -

- Develop strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders

- Developing Talent and Succession Planning

- Leading Engagement programmes

- Developing attrition strategies

Level 7 CIPD or equivalent, you will be able to evidence a commercial HR Business Partnering approach. Experience of working across a multi-site operational organisation with a dispersed workforce would be advantageous.

- Demonstratable experience of adding value to the organisation

- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent

- Significant experience in all HR matters

- Previous experience of working part of a senior leadership team
