Gleeson Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Junior PA to support a busy team based within a legal team within Birmingham City Centre. Our client offers 50% remote working and 50% office based.
This could be an excellent opportunity for someone who is at the start of their PA career and has experience within an administrative role.
- Diary Management and supporting fee earners within their meetings
- Arranging meetings, booking conference rooms, checking meeting spaces
- Coordinating travel arrangement within the firm
- Supporting files and documentation
- Preparing presentations for senior level
- Report management
- Assisting fee earners with billing processes
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, research tools and other systems implemented by the firm.
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience within an administration/ PA role
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast team
- Ability to hit the ground running
