IT Support Engineer
18 Month Fixed Term Contract (£32,500-£37,500 per annum)
Birmingham - Hybrid (Twice a week WFH)
*START DATE - MID JUNE*


Gleeson Recruitment are working alongside a well established, leading national Alcohol Manufacturing company who are looking to secure an IT Support Engineer on an 18 Month Fixed Term contract for a start date in Mid June.
We would be particularly interested in candidates who have gone through the process of migrating users onto Microsoft 365 from 'on premise' IT systems. You will need to be a strong and confident communicator as the migration project the business are about to undertake will require lots of interaction with end users.

Essential
Strong Technical Knowledge
DHCP / DNS
Active Directory / Office 365
Windows Desktop / Server OS
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Able to drive and have access to a vehicle

Desirable
Experience working in a similar role
Experience working with Sharepoint
A good understanding of networking.
Working knowledge of ServiceNow
Microsoft Certifications
ITIL v4 Foundation
