We're searching for an established IT Support Analyst able to support windows, with a passion to further develop their career as a confident IT professional, delivering high quality national technical support services with strong people & problem solving skills.

Knowledge

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Microsoft technology stack (Cloud & On-Premise)
• Anti-Virus management and monitoring
• Backup and recovery
• Basic Networking including troubleshooting
