IT Service Desk Engineer
Located in centre Birmingham
Three days a week pro rata £27,000 (£16,200)
Microsoft Office 2016, Windows 10, MFD Management, SCCM, Team Viewer, VNC, Hardware Set Up, Exchange 2010, AD, Software Installations/Configurations.
I am recruiting for an IT Service Desk Engineer who will report to the IT Service Desk Manager, answering incoming calls and emails whilst complying with Strict SLAs. The role includes some site visits, Physical IT moves and trouble shooting.
Required experience for the position:
- Worked in an ITIL environment (desirable).
- High Level Customer Service.
- Good Microsoft operating systems knowledge.
- Experience working high pressure environment.
The Position is three day working week with flexible rotation.
