IT Service Desk Engineer x2 - £30,000 - £35,000 - (Hybrid / site visits)

Gleeson are working alongside a well established client who are looking for an IT Service Desk Engineer with the ability to operate around the North London / Anglia area and for the other successful candidate to operate the South London area.

It is essential that the successful candidate has a full UK drivers license to be able to attend site visits as and when needed.
This role is perfect for a 1st/ 2nd Line Engineer who likes a mix of working from home but also on road across various sites and locations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:

  • Experience of maintaining and supporting Microsoft networks - Server 2019, Windows 10.
  • Working experience with Windows Active Directory.
  • Experience of providing technical problem analysis and resolution of client issues with the aid of available Service Desk tools
  • Incident Management experience - including managing customer expectations and communication.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience working as a Support Desk engineer or 1st/2nd line support engineer.
  • Able to work both independently (with minimal supervision), as well as part of a team.
  • A Full UK Driver's License
  • Ability to be on the road 2-3 days a week.
