IT Service Delivery Manager - Birmingham - £50,000 - £60,000

I am working with a law firm based in Birmingham City Centre who are recruiting for a Service Delivery Manager to join the IT division. This role will be looking after the day to day running of the IT division with line management of the service desk/team leader. The ideal candidate will have experience of managing budgets, incident management and overall IT Service Delivery.
- Extensive ITIL knowledge. (ideally certified)
- Managing 3rd party relationships and contracts.
- Managing Service Desk teams.
- Building internal non-technical relationships.
- Budget control.
- IT asset management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Service Delivery Manager.
