Are you an experienced IT Procurement professional looking to work with a well established, people focused organisation? Do you have the ability to engage with highly specialist suppliers and build strong relationships both internally and externally?

Based in Warwick, but working on a hybrid basis, you will report into the Head of Procurement of this well known organisation. This is a newly created role where you will have the ability to mould and shape the IT function.

As IT Procurement Manager you will be working within a small team on a range of exciting and new IT procurement projects, helping with this organisation's transformation. You will be responsible for owning and delivering the strategic plan for IT procurement, sourcing initiatives and driving value for money and efficiencies throughout the procurement cycle. You will utilise your knowledge of the marketplace to deliver alternative options, evaluate the existing suppliers and identify short and long term solutions.

In order to carry out this role, you will need the following skills and experience:

Extensive IT Procurement experience
Experience of conducting complex tenders
Excellent communication skills and the ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders and suppliers
Good commercial awareness
A strong track record of delivering savings and value for money

In return you will receive a salary of circa £60,000 plus car allowance and excellent benefits.
