My client, a consumer goods retail business, are looking to recruit an International Digital Marketing Manager. A key hie within the business, you will lead on developing a marketing strategy across a multiple channels to drive international performance. A brand new role to the businesses, and with ambitious growth plans they have identified the need for an experienced Marketer to help develop the international online presence.

This role will suit someone who is fluent in French or German and has the ability to tailor marketing plans to resonate with target audiences.

The Role:

  • Plan and implement a multi-channel strategy to brand brand awareness and conversion rates across international markets, with a focus on France & Germany.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are tailored to relevant regions, to ensure the maximum engagement and interest.
  • Plan and execute web projects including content updates and develop acquisition sites and landing pages.
  • Research and analyse market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategy.
  • Analyse and track campaign and channel performance, build reporting dashboards, and recommend opportunities to improve existing campaigns or generate new learning's for the business.
  • Ensuring all marketing plans are delivered effectively, efficiently and within budget reporting on ROI

The Candidate:

  • Fluent in French or German.
  • Experience in a similar marketing manager role.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail whilst delivering results.
  • Demonstrable marketing plan experience: planning, creative, use of digital tools, consumer insights, project management.
  • Demonstrate passion for the customer and understanding what makes them tick (and click)
