Job Title: Intermediary Marketing Manager
Location: Birmingham - Hybrid
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

My client, a leading financial services company in the Midlands, are currently seeking a creative and strategic Intermediary Marketing Manager to join their Customer Experience Team. As the Intermediary Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective, direct campaigns and communications through their intermediary partners.

Responsibilities:

Understand and keep up-to-date with all Financial Services Compliance and Regulatory issues
Ensure all printed, published marketing material, and marketing activities are agreed with Compliance Management
Manage the creation and successful delivery of commercially viable marketing campaigns across all intermediary product and service ranges
Identify and deliver key components in the B2B strategies, ensuring clarity of requirements and delivery to timescale and budget
Manage the Society's Intermediary external communications across all current and future media
Define the correct level and delivery of Intermediary engagement, developing and delivering an effective Intermediary engagement strategy
Keep up-to-speed with market changes and consider how it may impact your role and your key deliverable
Pro-actively raise considerations linked to Corporate strategy and goals

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills with experience of engaging across all levels of the business
Strong organisation and planning skills; you'll need to love spinning lots of plates
The ability to see the bigger picture and take a proactive approach in supporting teams
Financial Services experience will be advantageous but not essential to this role
A Certificate or Diploma in Professional Marketing would be desirable
Experience of promoting an organisation within a marketplace and working with marketing agencies as required

In Return:

Salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
